Designed SOLEM is SCOR's online underwriting platform, part of the SCOR Digital Solutions suite serving life insurance markets globally. When the Australian office needed a user guide for the platform, the challenge was taking highly technical underwriting content and making it navigable and clear for insurance professionals who needed to reference it quickly in a working context.
I designed the manual from the ground up, building a layout system that organized dense technical information into a document people could actually use in the field. Clear hierarchy, consistent formatting, intuitive navigation, and a visual treatment that felt authoritative without being intimidating.
Good documentation design is invisible when it works. The reader never thinks about the layout because the information is exactly where they expect it to be.
